Refund policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026. At Aachija Fashion House we want you to love your jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• Item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as received.
• Original tags, box and packaging must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
• Customised, made-to-order and bridal sets made to your measurements, and items marked "Final Sale", cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong product

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive a wrong item, message us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

How to request a return

• Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason.
• We will confirm eligibility and share pickup/return instructions.
• Do not send items back without our approval.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Original shipping charges (if any) and Cash on Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchange for another design or size is possible, subject to stock availability. Any price difference must be paid before dispatch.
